Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel for a couples weekend over the holidays. The rooms were fantastically clean and spacious, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, being close to the beach and shops, but there was some noise in the morning due to the cleaning staff meeting nearby.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The newly renovated rooms overlooking historic Jackson Street were nice, but the cold environment and noisy refrigerator were a letdown. The location, however, more than makes up for any shortcomings with its proximity to various Victorian homes, restaurants, and the beach.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were super clean and had a modern yet old-school charm, truly a cozy B&B feel. They were all different but immaculately clean, organized, neat, and stylish. The convenience of a voucher for 2 chairs and an umbrella made my beach days even more enjoyable. However, the dining experience had some room for improvement.
This hotel is like a cozy motel with a charming B&B style in the rooms. Although there can be some noise from early morning chatter near the laundry room, it's a friendly place with a happy hour bar and a fantastic breakfast on the first flight of stairs. The older rooms add to its unique charm.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The room was perfect for the two of us, extremely clean, and the bathroom/shower was great. The room was full of light, had an icebox with free water, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that the food servers could be better trained, but overall, it was a great experience.
I had quite a mix of experiences at this hotel. The annex rooms were a disaster, with a much bigger shower but not as impressive as expected. However, the transition to genuine luxury was notable. The service was decent, the location convenient, and dining satisfactory. Even though there were some minor shortcomings, my stay was overall pleasant.
